is this you?

• You feel constantly overwhelmed with your everyday life

• You have trouble falling asleep and you often feel tired

• You suffer from different pains and aches

• You feel disconnected from your mind and your body

• Your mind keeps racing and you can’t turn your thoughts off

• You feel stuck and you don’t know how to make a change

• You aren’t prioritizing your health and wellbeing

I understand you.

Nowadays, we put too many duties on ourselves and we don’t have much time for ourselves. It is worth finding a positive release of stress- beneficial for our body and mind.

So many of us are in a state of chronic stress which affects our levels of energy, concentration and immunity, causing backaches, migraines, digestive issues, or skin problems.

I was right there with you, using short-term ways of coping with stress that we often reach for (alcohol, tobacco, food, television, etc.). But they only provide temporary relief. In the long-run, they end up harming us, without actually solving the source of our tension.

Fortunately, we can have an influence on creating new habits and ways of coping with stress.

what you really want is…

• To feel more at ease in your everyday life

• To have a healthier body with less pain, mobile and strong

• To feel more positive and confident about your body and it’s abilities

• To finally get a great night’s sleep so you can wake up feeling more positive and energized

• To learn how to regulate your nervous system

• To learn useful tools that will help you achieve all of this, supporting your life in more challenging times

If any of this relates to you, then yoga can be a wonderful tool to help you.

did you know?

This class is not a typical Yoga class and mixes Mobility Training with more traditional Yoga Asana practice. Each class is uniquely crafted to help students create, and control, new ranges of motion in this body, stabilise the joints and move more freely both on & off the mat. Finished with a series of longer-held stretches to increase stretch tolerance, calm the nervous system, and create trust in the body.

I am available for organised group classes. Prices start from £60, but depend on numbers, location and time, so please contact me to discuss your requirements.

I am also happy to teach adaptive yoga for neurodivergent people, folks with limited mobility or with disabilities. Yoga is not just fancy poses but wonderful tool that helps to manage stress and to regulate the nervous system. I work with people with autism and ADHD on a daily basis.

Classes for families, groups of friends (yoga hen party in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire and Cotswolds area) or work colleagues (corporate yoga in Banbury) are especially fun and help to create connection between people.
