When it comes to alignment of the poses, I take a therapeutic approach. I aim to create a stable foundation for a safe practice to allow the body to open in new ways and to reduce the risk of injury. During classes I mix different styles of yoga with meditation, relaxation, and Pranayama to adapt the practice to my students’ needs.
