Get 1:1 Attention

Private yoga lessons are a great way to ensure that your individual needs are being met. With personalised instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle, each session will be crafted specifically for you.

My sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:

  • Embodied Movement (gently release stress & tension, build strength and help develop body awareness)

  • Yoga Therapy (safe, mindful practice adapted to individual needs)

  • Yin (a slow, meditative, deep stretch for connective tissues)

  • Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)

  • Vinyasa Flow (fluid movement with the breath)

  • Chair Yoga (inclusive and accessible practice)

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga (language and practice that helps people who experienced trauma in the past)

  • Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep, deeply nourishing and relaxing practice)

  • Mobility Training (create and control, new ranges of motion in the body, stabilise the joints and move more freely both on & off the mat)

Private sessions are perfect for those of you who:

  • Want 1:1 guidance, mentoring and support from an experienced yoga teacher.

  • Have a busy schedule and find it difficult to get to a group class.

  • Are nervous about attending a group class, prefer a gentle more personal introduction to yoga, and being able to work at your own pace.

  • Want to learn how to modify a practice while healing from injury or an illness.

  • Would like to explore yogic philosophy and how to implement it in your daily life to affect positive change.

Length of session: One hour

Investment: £56 per session or a course of 10 sessions for £520 (up to 2 people; Couples Yoga, Mom and Daughter Yoga etc.)

Location: at London Yard studio in Banbury.

Sessions can also take place at your home, online, or in your specific location. Contact me to create bespoke offer.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. First, schedule a call with me. We'll consult on the phone to make sure we're the right fit.

  2. Next, we meet for an introductory session. I'll assess your needs and explore what you're looking for in a yoga practice.

  3. From there, we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week, with yoga sessions that are perfectly tailored to your body and your life.

Meditation allows us to pause and reframe our perspective so that we can learn to experience a greater sense of calm, relaxation, clarity, and focus in our lives.

Consider how much time we spend taking care of our appearance, our possessions, our physical health. Shouldn’t our mind — through which we filter every aspect and experience of our existence — receive equal if not more care and attention?

There are literally hundreds of meditation techniques encompassing practices from different traditions, cultures, spiritual disciplines, and religions. There’s not a universally accepted “best” or “most effective” type; rather, it is our individual preference that helps us choose the one (or ones) that works best for us.

That’s why it’s good to have someone who can guide you and help you to choose the technique right for you.

As a certified Meditation and Pranayama teacher, I’m passionate about helping you on your journey to bring more peace and harmony into your life.

Investment: £40 per session or a course of 8 weekly sessions for £300 (up to 2 people).

Location: Classes can be held either online or at London Yard studio with extra charge.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. First, schedule a free consultation call with me to find out if these classes are the right fit for you.

  2. Our first session will start with me explaining a little bit about meditation, asking about your experiences and intentions for the practice.

  3. Then I will guide you through some deep relaxation lying down to calm your mind.

  4. After that, you will gently move into seated meditation, with my voice giving you some instructions and making you feel safe.

  5. Afterwards, there will be a time to ask questions that will rise or just share the experience.

  6. I will give you some advice on how to make meditation part of your daily practice.

  7. Then we can work on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your needs.
