I'm a yoga teacher based in Banbury, Oxfordshire—and a psychology student with 4 years’ experience supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities.
I help people live with less physical and emotional discomfort—without pushing, fixing, or performing.
I've been through burnout, chronic pain, and emotional overwhelm. Yoga helped me reconnect to my body and begin to heal. Now I teach from that same place—with care, clarity, and no fluff.
