My yoga journey started about 1.5 years ago. Having moved from another town, I was looking for a new yoga class that was not only fitness-focused, but also spiritual and relaxing. I’ve been attending Barbara’s yoga classes for about 6 months now, as it is exactly what I was looking for. A combination of slow yoga practice, mindfulness, and short meditation. I’d certainly recommend to anyone looking to relax and stretch towards the end of the week. Classes are suitable for beginners, people-focused, friendly, and professional. Thank you!

For anyone thinking of going, I'd highly recommend her classes!
I think I was stiff as a board and as graceful as an elephant in my first class with Barbara, but she made me feel very welcome and that ability (or lack of it) didn’t matter. I would definitely recommend any of her classes!
