Perfect practice for those who find it hard to exercise consistently- you just need a 15 min of your time (that’s 1% of your day🤯).
Perfect to do in the morning, to move the body in every direction.
Moving the spine in all 6 directions, stretching tight hamstrings (+feet!), some nice release for the shoulders as well.
Practice is suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis☺️ everyone is welcome!
If you have sensitive knees- have some blanket underneath them 🦵
We will begin in a Hands and Knees position, so grab a mat and let’s begin! (If you don’t have a mat, you can also practice on any surface)
